  My salesman Chris was very good. I am really disturbed paying $2000 for a piece of furniture that I have to pay for delivery. I think that is just highway robbery and I am not happy.

  Chris was the perfect salesperson. He showed us what we asked for then let us sit, and only occasionally checked in, without ever pressuring us . Much more pleasant experience than the other stores we visited. We now have the perfect TV couch. Thank you Chris and Raymour & Flanigan. John

  ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Ordered a bed and bedframe for my disabled uncle who moved into a new apartment from an assisted living home. Originally, delivery was set for 1/6. When they arrived one of the bedframe side panels were broken so they said they would be back the next day (1/7). The bed frame was not built, and the mattress was left on the floor. They never showed up and after calling we were told no delivery was scheduled. They scheduled delivery the following day (1/8). On 1/8, once again a part of the frame was broken (the same piece which the delivery person said was a known problem with the manufacturer) and once again another delivery was schedule for 1/9. Thankfully, on 1/9 the part was delivered and installed. Apparently, they decided to charge me for the damaged part replacement even though a part was never delivered and installed until the 9th. Basically, double billed for the bedframe side panels. No phone call, no prior authorization for the charge, no nothing. I noticed when I went to make a payment on my account and called the finance company. Per instructions, I went to the store the next day to get a refund. I spoke with a man who identified himself as the manager and in less than 5 minutes he came out of the office and said the charge should never have been applied to my account and it would be removed in a few business days. A couple of hours later I received a phone call from Raymour, and a woman apologized for the issue and said they would be sending me a gift card as an apology. Long story short, no refund, no further communication, no nothing. I went to make a payment the following billing cycle and the charge is still there. I had to file a dispute with the finance company who stated they have not received any communication from the store. Currently waiting to see what happens. Very unhappy with being billed twice for a defective product that apparently is a known manufacturer issue. And billing me twice for the same part is unacceptable. Not refunding the amount after being told it should have never been bill is just plain negligent.

  On Saturday my family and I went to 6 different furniture stores. Starting with the Raymour and Flanigan in Woodlyn. We should have never went anywhere else. Dino was the only sales person at any of the 6 stores that didn't make us feel uncomfortable. He introduced himself but let us browse and shop on our own. EVERY other store had vultures for sales reps that followed us and hounded us throughout the entire store. We were exhausted after the whole escapade but made it a point to go back and buy our new living room set from Dino the next day.
