I had a carpet install appointment scheduled for around 2 weeks. The installer came yesterday and was unable to put the carpet because they didn’t have the padding. The installer said Lowe’s didn’t order it. This is completely unacceptable since I arranged my whole upstairs to accommodate the install and now I’m being told I will have to wait another 1-2 weeks.

I would give zero stars if I could. My wife and I spent a significant amount of money on a suite of appliances (Washer, Dryer, Fridge, Stove), and the experience was a nightmare from start to finish.
We were given a delivery window of 4 PM – 8 PM. My pregnant wife and I restructured our entire work day to be home. Three hours before arrival, they arbitrarily changed the window to 8 AM – 8 PM. Despite being told we were the "last stop," they showed up at 2 PM when no one was home and immediately hauled our items back to the store.
When my wife and I rushed from work to the Willow Grove store to resolve this, the staff was dismissive and told her they don’t even deliver past 2 PM - contradicting their own tracking system. To make matters worse, the customer service staff was openly hostile when I tried to follow up the next morning.
The most disturbing part? No one would let me speak to a manager. They blocked every attempt I made to escalate this and showed zero interest in helping us. We have since returned everything and took our business elsewhere. If you value your time and don't want to be treated with hostility after spending thousands of dollars, stay far away from this location and their third-party delivery partners.

They really need to do something about cart availability. I should not have to go all the way down to lumber, to get a cart, when I am going in outdoor/garden to get nags of dirt. Home Depot was like that and now they have worked it out. Lowes, not so much

Very upset with this Lowes, tried to exchange a Kolbalt ratchet i bought over a year ago(which has a lifetime warranty exchange), and granted i didn't have a receipt, but was told that i can not warranty the tool. Wow, online it says i can exchange the tool without a receipt, and ive exchanged a similar tool before without a receipt. Overall i probably will keep away from Lowes.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
