I didn't get his name but he is in the department where the nylon spacers are. He didn't act like he was bothered by the questions I ask. He was happy to assist. We had great in-store help reviewing appliances, I ended up ordering them online with help from a different associate and then the Upper Moreland team was really great to ensure we actually received the delivery. They arrived today and the delivery was very smooth. So excited about our new appliances. Big thanks to this team.

Their website says 90 days on most items but apparently this was a 30 day return item I was literally about to buy a $900 washing machine. I said hey can you give me a store credit the manager on duty abruptly shut me down and said there’s nothing he can do. Congratulations Lowe’s. I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER purchase another item from your stores.. No wonder this location has less than four star rating by the way if anyone at Lowe’s actually cares about this it was Saturday 12/13 around noon. manager was rude and not helpful at all

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
