    Absolutely Horrible experience with the location in Willow grove . Ordered a $1400 refrigerator , ordered with instillation and takeaway of my old refrigerator online, in which I was charged for both instillation and removal, neither was done but was charged for both. When I called store customer service a women very rudely answered the phone telling me I didn’t have instillation even though I have proof of instills on my receipt. She then proceeded to tell me they don’t handle that at this store and I could take the number to their vendor who performs installation, called back same lady hung up again!!!! Called a third time was placed on hold by another customer service associate Then when I get physically to the store I was told by management that they are unable to do anything for me In store and I would have to go through their third party installer in order to receive my payment. They also stated that their should be no option for instillation online , but I have receipt stating I payed for instillation Along with taking the old refrigerator along with them. They did not install my refrigerator nor take the old. But I was still charged for both. When I called store customer service I was hung up on twice by their customer service rep. Drove to the store on hold (20minutes) when I arrived to store manager terry answered the phone. He was pretty helpful in obtaining the information and got me to an appliance associate in which ensure instillation should not be allowed online for the specified reasons. After all of this frustration I just wanted my money back and for them to take their item and refund my money. Instead of doing this in store I was given a phone number to contact another company that would be the only way to complete my item return along with refund. One thing after another. Will never do business with Lowe’s again ! Worst experience I’ve ever had. If you can’t do instillation then don’t have it listed and don’t charge the customer !!!

    Find what I was looking for quickly. The down side is like most stores now a days the how taken the human element out of the experience. I absolutely hate those automated check out machines. How much extra money do these stores need that they have to take jobs away.

    We went to Lowe's to get kitchen floor tile. Eric (mgr of floor dept) was amazing he helped us find the right tile and all supplies then loaded the supplies in our car. He even helped us get a 20% discount on our purchase. Eric was extremely helpful to a newbie like me, he had a great personality and all retail stores need an employees like Eric. Lowe's needs to find a way to advance Lowe's so he can manage a store or multiple stores. Great job Eric
