From start to finish, he made my move-out process smooth and stress-free. Moving out of a storage unit can be overwhelming, but Pete worked with me every step of the way and made everything so much easier. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. You can tell he truly cares about the customers he’s helping. His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Thank you, Pete, for making what could have been a hectic week such a pleasant experience. The facility is lucky to have you!
- A행복Feb 13, 20261.0This is honestly the worst storage experience I’ve ever had. Under previous ownership (before it changed to Extra Space Storage), the facility was always kept well-lit at night. While it wasn't daylight bright, it provided enough visibility to feel safe and manage belongings after dark. However, the current management seems to be cutting costs by leaving the front half of the facility in total darkness, only lighting the back section. Since I often have to visit my unit at night for work, I have requested them to turn on the front lights four times already, yet nothing has changed. To make matters worse, there are no individual lights inside the units. If you plan on visiting this facility at night, you absolutely must bring your own lighting. Please see the attached photos for the contrast. I am posting this in the hopes that the owner finally sees this and fixes the lighting immediately. Safety and accessibility should be a priority, not an afterthought.
