    I was there today picking up an online order and also purchased some items while there. I asked the cashier, how long the Black Friday sale was going to last she said she didn’t know and didn’t bother to find out m. I went home to try to look it up myself I didn’t see it online on when it would end so I called the store, the team member that picked up told me to check myself online because she didn’t know, I told her I did n didn’t see anything on there that’s why I was calling, she said well I don’t know and can’t help you because I am with a customer right know as if I wasn’t a customer myself and was bothering her with my questions. So my question is why was she answering the phones? And why doesn’t anyone working in that store know when the sale end! I should have went to Hobby lobby! Better customer service 100%

    Usually have a decent experience, until today. Customer service training may help. Listen to customers. It’ll help drive business outcomes. Additionally, make technology investments to improve the return process, especially when there is a case when many items are involved.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
