This last one, we wanted a gaming system & as we purchased, the young woman who took care of us didn’t have a lot of knowledge about the price difference between new & used, or really about the storage & type. Didn’t hurt the sale or how easy it was to get, I just feel she should’ve known about the product we were interested in buying. Overall, great experience.
- DMDora MitchellNov 15, 20251.0My husband and I was going to purchase a stackable washer/dryer. When delivered, it was dropped and dented. Not a big deal. Got it into the bathroom, doesn't fit. We contacted them and asked for an apartment size one, Chris said he could do that. We were asked to wait until Wednesday ( a weeks wait)when their truck came so they could pick up and drop off at the same time. We agreed. Wednesday came and went, no call ,no text, no show. Thursday my husband called(12 pm) was told Chris was with a customer, waited for a call back. Nothing. Friday came and went, still no communication. We no longer want to do business with them but they still haven't picked up their product. Communication is great until they get the sale, then you become irrelevant.

Then demanded payment immediately before I even had my furniture delivered. Lied about delivery time and day. Changed that many times as well. Furniture was in my SO name and he was incarcerated and was behind 1 payment. Refused to work with me when I offered to make a payment. Overall horrible experience from Chris and his whole crew. Will shop at rent a center next time and will never recommend.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
