- JBJ baumbz2 days ago1.0Had a sample of paint done and made the mistake of only buying a quart. I needed a little bit more and instead of using the code the associate used a sample of paint from the tin...the codes on the new tin didn't match up...when I brought this to the associates attention he promised it was a match and he was too lazy to type in the codes...well guess what, it wasn't a match...I want a full refund on both quarts, all paint rollers, and brushes on top of a new gallon of paint. ..this guy has no clue what he is doing in paint and should never be in that department...existing paint is not even a month old.

It was to be delivered on 2/9/26, so I took work off only to receive a text Monday that they pushed my delivery to Wednesday. I could not take Wednesday off, so I moved it to Saturday. They arrived on 2/14/26, they delivered the washer, but the dryer was broken. The delivery guy said it would be delivered the next day. The store could not even see that it wasn’t delivered. I called the distribution center and they told me they can’t bring one until Monday. I called the Wilkes-Barre store and the assistant manager said alls he can do is send them an email. Do NOT purchase from here!!!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
