    Horrible just Horrible. I called to check to see if they had a part and no one answers the phone and if they did all they did was pick it up and hang up.

    I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve received at Lowe’s Home Improvement regarding a lost in-store credit card. After accidentally losing my store credit card, I called Lowe’s customer service and was told I needed to go into the store for assistance. When I arrived, I was there for less than five minutes before being told by the customer service associate that there was “absolutely nothing” they could do to help me. I asked if they could at least cancel the card in case someone found it and attempted to use it, and I was told they treat these cards “like cash” in their system which makes no sense from a customer protection standpoint. I was then instructed to call the return administrator number listed on my receipt. When I did, I was told the exact opposite, that I needed to go back to the store where the credit was issued. I’ve been sent in circles with zero resolution. This is extremely frustrating, especially since the store credit was issued for a return and was intended to be used toward additional materials for ongoing projects. The complete lack of accountability or effort to help resolve this issue is unacceptable. I’d strongly advise against choosing store credit at all costs. Have refunds returned to your debit card and go to Home Depot instead.

    There are multiple Lowe’s stores in the Lehigh Valley. I recommend visiting a different location. The process of purchasing appliances took over four hours. The sales associate was at the bare minimum, friendly, but lacked knowledge about their promotions. Even the sales managers were not well-versed in basic Lowe’s promotions. It was extremely frustrating to work with the team here. Furthermore, if you make the mistake of having a product assembled here, be aware that their self-imposed deadlines for completion are a joke. The first assembly request took an additional two weeks. The second assembly, I contacted them multiple times, and they assured me it would be ready the next day. However, when I called the next day, they informed me that it would be ready the following day, and so on. If you are enjoy being repeatedly lied to and work with sales associates and managers who are less knowledgeable about their own promotions than you are, then this location may be suitable for you. While the staff may be friendly here, at other Lowe’s in the Valley, the staff are well-informed about their own promotions and don’t repeatedly lie with no apology.
