  Our experience with Lazy Boy in Whitehall, Pa from the initial visit in the store, design consult and delivery was great! I love that a free design consult is offered, it made all the difference for me. Paige came to our home took the time to understand my goals, offered suggestions and then created an online blue print for us to be able to visualize what we would be getting. I love the end result! The delivery team took great care and didn’t just place the furniture they were thoughtful about how and where. The furniture itself is high quality and super comfortable. Our last Lazy Boy set lasted over 20 years. Highly recommend Lazy Boy!!!

  Donna, our sales rep, is very pleasant and easy to work with. I decided to include a rug I had seen after ordering the chairs and was able to do so without having to come into the store. The delivery guys were very nice, they laid the rug and placed the chairs. Very satisfied with product.

  I highly recommend this store and in particular Chris, who is extremely knowledgeable and guided me in the correct purchase decision for my physical limitations. I have scoliosis and advanced arthritis and came to the store with my mind made up on purchasing two items, a wall recliner and chair recliner, and had 12 items I wanted to try out. As I tried them out, Chris pointed out specific details I hadn’t noticed that indicated these particular recliners were not appropriate for me with my height and condition. He had me sit in a recliner I never thought I would purchase and when I did I thought I died and went to heaven! THAT’S the recliner I bought, and I couldn’t be happier! He was equally helpful in guiding me to the right chair recliner purchase. Heather was very helpful in fabric selection and I look forward to working with her in choosing the right wood and fabric for a dining room table and chair set. Johnny assisted in the sale as well and was also very courteous and helpful. I look forward to going back to this store in the future!
