- CCCory CrollNov 14, 20251.0Be cautious! Horrific experience with customer service and WARRANTY IS A LIE. Like many others, the service at the store is great, good variety of furniture however, you will be lied to regarding their platinum protection plan to get you to purchase it. “All rips, tears, stains, are covered under warranty. You can repair and/or replace the furniture as many times as needed in the 5 year period”. Not true. They make you sign without reviewing anything. Then it takes several calls and hours on website chat to finally talk to someone (3 weeks in and still going back and forth). Anything caused by pets is not covered as the salesmen said it was. You get unlimited repairs - which are not likely to be made - and if it needs replaced, the warranty is voided. Raymour has lost a customer.

Appears to be very good quality but highly priced if you are looking to furnish a living room, dining room and a bedroom. Service was what you would expect. High degree of service if you want it otherwise it encumbers your browsing and walking around looking ability. I would buy one or two pieces there and I was overall impressed with their variety of furniture.

The second me and my Spanish parents walked in we were given nasty looks by the two WHITE woman working in the store they didn’t assist us at all nor greet us but once another caucasian woman entered the store right after us she was greeted wonderfully and promised assistance.
