I submitted 4 requests for repair (no response) 5 voicemails to the Field Service Center (no response), 4 emails (1 response after I called and told them to read my email) 7 calls to Sales, 2 deliveries that were a no show (no calls explaining, no calls to reschedule) and I'm still waiting for a fourth unit as promised. HORRIBLE customer service and no communication!

After multiple unsuccessful attempts for an update I finally requested to cancel the order on 10/22/25. I was assured by customer service that the order was canceled and I should receive my refund in 7-10 days back to the card used to make the purchase. 11/12/25 I contacted customer service for an update and was told the refund was not processed and a check needed to be mailed and I would receive it in 7-10 days. Today I was told by customer service that a check would be mailed and I should receive it 7-14 days. I then told them that this was an unacceptable response. That the credit was alleged issued twice already. I was then asked if I was in touch with customer service. Calls not answered chats not responded to text messages with 2hr delays and my money still not returned. To date … order placed 9/2/24 DECEMBER 2nd nothing but the run around.

Like many others, the service at the store is great, good variety of furniture however, you will be lied to regarding their platinum protection plan to get you to purchase it. “All rips, tears, stains, are covered under warranty. You can repair and/or replace the furniture as many times as needed in the 5 year period”. Not true. They make you sign without reviewing anything. Then it takes several calls and hours on website chat to finally talk to someone (3 weeks in and still going back and forth). Anything caused by pets is not covered as the salesmen said it was. You get unlimited repairs - which are not likely to be made - and if it needs replaced, the warranty is voided. Raymour has lost a customer.
