  Kim was absolutely amazing! Helped me picked out everything from a new mattress to a sofa and ottoman! Didn’t feel pressured or followed around and hounded either like we did at Bob’s Furniture. Better prices, quality and earlier delivery. Kim made me feel very comfortable and happy with my purchases for my new home. Thank you again Kim for great support and advice!

  The experience was very calm, informative, and went very smoothly at this location. I’ve shopped around at other stores and been so overwhelmed by the car salesman approach, pressure to making quick decisions, or just generally feeling like they only care to get the commission and not let you try out options and browse for what will be a pretty big purchase. Gladys was very helpful and kind. She gave us details we needed but would give us the space to discuss and figure out what we want and need. Ended up finding the perfect fit for a great price.

  My issue started as a warranty concern regarding my matress protector, I contacted my salesperson ask I have done in the past.( Mya from the Southampton store) is the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with ,She is professional, and customer service driven. I never even met this woman and she remembers me and handles issues quickly and professsionally The employees of the Whitehall store were equally as professional , helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone who shops online to contact Mya, you won’t regret it I have to be honest and say that midway through the process things started going south , but in the end Raymour and Flanigan took care of their customer with favorable resullts

  Christian, Shelly, Lauren and Manager Kelly. I was so stressed out because The Stroudsburg store gave me such a hard time with what I needed and didn't give me full information. I felt more at ease with Raymond Flanigan store at Whitehall Pa. Great customer; UNLIKE the Stroudsburg location!! Will recommend to other's to shop at Raymore Flanigan store at Whitehall Pa.
