Went to lowes for three pieces of door trim. One of the pieces needed 8 inches trimmed off. Four staff people were dumb founded by the question. When asked about a store manager they were even more stumped.

Terrible experience with Lowe’s kitchen cabinets.
I bought kitchen cabinets and my experience was absolutely awful. I went to customer service, and they told me to go to the Pro Service Desk. After waiting more than 15 minutes, I was told, “Sorry, I can’t help you right now.” I asked another employee (who was quite rude), and all he said was, “You’ll have to wait.”
I ended up spending over 30 minutes in the store without anyone being able to help me. It’s embarrassing how little they value customers’ time or provide any real assistance. I won’t be shopping here again, and I wouldn’t recommend Lowe’s to anyone expecting proper service or respect.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
