They told people to signup on the app so they can scan their QR code. They also skipped people who weren't prepared and then back tracked and scanned those people 10 TIMES. You had people upset and cursing saying that it wasnt fair. Lowes said you must have an account which is free way before black friday. I am calling corporate when able to complain and after that lowes is dead to me. I will take my business elsewhere like home depot. The two people who were scanning those people when they shouldn't be was a short fat Hispanic female and small skinny male named Adrian. I didnt see the females name tag readily available as should have been. Adrian's was which is why I knew his name. LOWES HAS GONE DOWN HILL AND NEEDS TO FIX THEIR PRACTICES. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.
