    There are multiple Lowe’s stores in the Lehigh Valley. I recommend visiting a different location. The process of purchasing appliances took over four hours. The sales associate was at the bare minimum, friendly, but lacked knowledge about their promotions. Even the sales managers were not well-versed in basic Lowe’s promotions. It was extremely frustrating to work with the team here. Furthermore, if you make the mistake of having a product assembled here, be aware that their self-imposed deadlines for completion are a joke. The first assembly request took an additional two weeks. The second assembly, I contacted them multiple times, and they assured me it would be ready the next day. However, when I called the next day, they informed me that it would be ready the following day, and so on. If you are enjoy being repeatedly lied to and work with sales associates and managers who are less knowledgeable about their own promotions than you are, then this location may be suitable for you. While the staff may be friendly here, at other Lowe’s in the Valley, the staff are well-informed about their own promotions and don’t repeatedly lie with no apology.

    Seems no issues. Surprisingly better then Bethlehem. I thought it would be the complete opposite. This my first time shopping here. I hope they won't jinx it. Lol.

    This was not our first time shopping at Lowe’s, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. We have purchased from Lowe’s before without issues, so I truly don’t understand why this situation was handled so poorly. I purchased a washer from Lowe’s as a birthday gift for my grandmother. The first delivery arrived with a broken washer door, so I immediately requested a return and replacement. The second delivery was even worse — the delivery team was unprofessional and rude and refused to bring the washer down to the basement, claiming it was too heavy, even though there were two of them. They left the washer at the entrance and offered no solution. After this, I requested a full return and refund. What should have been a simple process turned into a long and exhausting experience. I spent over six days dealing with customer service and visited the store more than five times trying to resolve the refund. I was sent a refund voucher by email, but store associates were unable to redeem it for a cash refund, even though I originally paid in cash. At one point, I had to help employees myself by providing information I found online just to move the process forward — something no customer should ever have to do. I also spoke with multiple store managers, but the lack of coordination and accountability made the situation even worse. I later received a call from a manager telling me that my refund was ready for pickup, so I went to the store immediately. Once I arrived, I was told that a code was required, but that code had never been sent to me. I was then told to come back the next day. Because of this misinformation, I arrived late to work that day, losing time and being inconvenienced yet again. At this point, I had already made multiple unnecessary trips to the store, all due to internal miscommunication that was completely out of my control. Unfortunately, one of the employees who assisted us, Peter, was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. He was reluctant to help, did not want to walk with us to the customer service desk, and tried to send us ahead on our own instead of assisting us properly, even though it was part of his responsibility. This attitude added even more frustration to an already unacceptable experience. Between the damaged product, failed delivery, repeated misinformation, lack of coordination from management, and the significant amount of time wasted including affecting my work schedule this experience was exhausting and unacceptable. I expected far better service, especially considering this is not the first time we have trusted Lowe’s with a major purchase.
