  Corporate Values & Policies lose to Ego & Discrimination by Managers Deliberate Discrimination & False Business Records & Damaged Merchandise. ASM Latisha Adamu : “That’s what u get, take it or leave it!” My response, “I’m not uber, I’ll leave it and following up with the store manager next day.” Store Manager Leilia [the next day]: “I don’t want to help you.” My answer; “if u don’t want to help, that’s your choice; your not going to leverage helping me; to silence my complaint about your ASM Latisha Adamu.” *** Feel free to pull Audio & Video Log for Sunday [5/3/26] & [5/4/26] customer service.*** Shame on ASM Latisha Adamu: She thinks she’s a Tyrant KING; does not value customers. She boasts have Store Manager Leila in her pocket; so she can violate consumer rights and cover them-up. Suggest report to PA Consumer Affairs - Office of Attorney General; for all negative activities.

  Lowes is pretty standard everywhere. This location gets a 3 stars from me because as a contractor looking for materials the cart supply is vert limited. The blue carts used for contractors is almost non applicable as this location has what appears to be almost no carts available. Hunting the parking lot is your best bet before ever coming near the building. I've never found carts available near the building or inside. Its always out at the returns and your lucky is you get the cart you need because the 1 other guy inside shopping probably has it. Its almost feels like they were going out of bussiness with as limited as contractor cart supply is. This issue alone has me thinking perhaps going to the supply house is better.

  Very poor service. Guy getting our grill seemed like he was mad at the world. Lady checking us was using the wrong scanner. Then we waited half hour for someone to exchange our propane tank, only to go in for the 3rd time and wait 10 minutes to get a refund cause nobody wanted to come out and do the exchange!

  Probably the worst Lowe's that I have visited. First, they never pick up a phone. People don't know what they are doing. They automatically assume everyone speaks Spanish. I have an online order to be delivered and picked up at this store, and they have just delayed it for days and do not want to process it for my pickup. I am still waiting for my item, which is currently in their store's warehouse. I will never ship a delivery order to this store again.

  Every time I come to this Lowe’s in Hazleton Pennsylvania, they only ever have one check out line open in the lumber department area and it was close to 10 to 15 customers waiting to check out meanwhile, I see associates just walking around I think it’s time that somebody look into this
