    I would always go here on weekends with my father. I always liked the options that were offered here, they had a decent variety of tools and hardware to buy. We bought a lot of our home supplies here. There were times the workers didn't understand us though.

    I’m giving a 2 star review because whoever manages the online order system is completely disappointing me. Like many customers, I plan my projects. I build my list, do research ext. Recently I noticed that I can just order online and then pick up at the store a few hours later. The website clearly states orders will be ready in 3 hours but my experiences ay otherwise..... My first order took 14 hours before I finally got the pickup email. I almost canceled and went to the store myself. I decided to give Lowe’s the benefit of the doubt and tried again a few days later, thinking maybe they were short-staffed or backed up or something else. But the same exact thing happened again. I placed the order in the late morning and didn’t get a notification until the next day. That’s a full-day delay for something that’s advertised as same-day pickup. This isn’t a small mistake — it’s false advertising. If Lowe’s can’t fulfill online orders in the time it promises, the company needs to fix the process, hire more staff, or update the estimated timeframe. Customers deserve accurate information so we can plan our projects accordingly. Listing a 3-hour pickup window and taking 14–20 hours is completely unacceptable.

    Very slow service. I waited at least half an hour to pick up my online order. Then I waited more than an hour to cut the plywood, but no one dared to do it.

    The Hazleton store is a disaster. there’s only a handful of employees in there that know anything of what they’re talking about. Mary is awesome, maybe one or two others. doesn’t seem like the employees get training anymore. It also doesn’t seem like they hire anyone in the field anymore. Like they don’t hire ex contractors or ex plumbers or ex electricians, they just hire anybody that will fill a slot and expect them to know things that they don’t. Also, the store is poorly stocked. The pro desk is a joke. You don’t know how many times I went in there and ordered stuff for jobs and the orders were screwed up or messed up, or they didn’t have the right items on the order as a contractor you want to go in there order your things and get out of there as fast as possible. The employees at Lowe’s hazleton do not care how long you are there. There are times when you will literally stand at the pro desk for three hours. as of right now, I’m to understand there is no store manager. The previous one. Dominic was fired. He was absolutely horrible, the one prior to him. Jason King was worse. They have no good leadership at Lowe’s. That store hasn’t been good since the employees still owned the stock. Lowe’s hazleton has zero competition. That’s the only reason why they are still in business. I would go shop at A&R supply in mountain top any day over Lowe’s hazleton!!!
