- PHps hunt6 days ago4.0Everything was fine about registering by phone. The representative was no initially signing me up at the location I wanted (closest to me) but once we got it straightened out all was ok. When I arrived at the Greenhill Rd office I went in to check in with Andrew. He was very helpful and explained things clearly. When he looked up my reservation by phone number, it did not show up. He was able to find it another way but I hope that has been fixed by now to show my correct phone number.

The guy was very nice and still took the time to make sure I understood everything. I also received a call to make sure that everything was going ok. I appreciate the customer service here and also that they have carts you can use to transport your items from the car to the units.
