The unit was dry and neither hot or cold. My belongings were clean and dry just as they went in to storage on the first day until the last day 2 full years later. Every time I went in to retrieve something the light came on and stayed on the entire time I was inside the unit. The price is steep but they reduced the price a little once a year when I called. The only issue I had was the price went up every 9 months. I feel the price was ridiculous but all in all it was a nice facility.
