Renting my unit was quick and easy and picking the best location for me was appreciated. Zach in the front office has been friendly and helpful. He gave me a tour of the facility the day after signing the agreement, explained how the unit locks work, and gave me tips for navigating the facility and area safely. The app is great for reminding you of your unit # and password. The facility is open until 10pm, which makes moving more flexible, and feels safe and secure. Would recommend!
