  CPM has done exemplary grounds maintenance and upkeep for years at Ridgewood Apartments, and they did a fantastic job getting our parking lot cleared after last weekend's storm, and went above and beyond to get parking spaces cleared. They even cleared as much snow as possible from around parked cars. Residents and management both greatly appreciate your excellent service! Thank you so much for taking care of us!

  Dave was responsive and delivered wood the next day after our communication. It's a relief to know Dave has been dojng this for years and has a good reputation, so I can trust his work.

  CPM does a nice job but, I left them when they started charging an extra $5 gas charge per cut. Also, during drought times, when your grass doesn't need cutting, they come every week and drive the lawn tractor around your property so they can keep charging you. Even if you as them not to, they charge weekly and you have no option.
