    Travel from carroll county to this lowes. The ride is a great reason however the staff is always friendly. The bathrooms are clean. And every now and then there's a bbq truck in the lot. Can't go wrong with that.

    This rating is less to do with the product and more about the experience. I Recently bought a fridge and the extended warranty, with delivery and haul away of my broken fridge. The 3 gentleman that delivered the fridge were absolutely amazing. They were courteous and helpful. Upon installation, they realized that the freezer handle was the incorrect size. They advised that I would probably have to exchange the entire fridge. We called the Lowe's help line and the lady told me that they no longer have that fridge in stock but they could replace it with a different model. I don't want another fridge, i want the one that I paid for and asked why they couldn't just replace the handle. They told me that they do not do parts and that I would have to go through the manufacturer. However, if you go to the Lowes website, they clearly sell handle sets. She then told me told me that the guys can bring my old fridge back in, which doesn't work btw, hence us buying a new one, and take the new one and refund my money. I suppose im to let all my food spoil in the meantime. She then offered a 350$ discount but when we tried to get our discount, I was transferred to multiple people and in the end, was told that someone would call me back, which has yet to happen. Then, while taking the protection film off of the drawers, I noticed one of crisper drawers was all scuffed up and the freezer door doesn't seal shut. This is completely unacceptable. I work 3rd shift and now have to go to work on no sleep because I spent half my day dealing with all of this nonsense. The total costs were over 2500$. I want what I paid for, not a discount that would barely cover the replacement parts. They then advised that I should call the manufacturer, which makes it seem like they're not eager to correct their own mistakes. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing appliances from Lowes in the future.
