  Auston Ludwig and Greg Maltese really stepped up and took care of an unfortunate situation I found myself in. The problem was not their fault, and addressing it took a fair amount of time problem-solving and orchestrating resources. However, without their willingness and, frankly, professionalism to do this, I would have been left in a very tough with a pool heater issue. Leslie's is fortunate to have Auston and Greg on the payroll because they are the kind of employees who really elevate and separate a company from the competition. They turned a really bad situation into a surprisingly good outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend doing business out of the Wayne store as long as they are around. Thank you Auston and Greg!

  I am never disappointed when I go to Leslie’s Pool Supply in Wayne. RICH, the manager is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Today while he was on vacation, Steve, an assistant manager who was on duty today, went out of his way to find me a small piece that I needed for my Polaris. Steve also helped me yesterday to analyze my pool water. Such a pleasure!

  After getting a fax machine I was able to get a person on the phone who really didnt want to help me. Told me to take my $1100 and search online for a product. Sounded like taking an order was too much of a hassle for them.
