  Valley is usually great but we bought a new liner back in February thinking we would be on the list to have it installed earlier! They called us February 26 and said that it was in and we could pick it up whenever it was convenient for us! Went yesterday to pick it up to find out that we go on the list when you pick it up! If that’s the case deliver it to my house and I will pay the shipping fee! It’s a shame they didn’t tell us that when we bought it!

  Valley Pool and Spa in Washington has provided excellent service. Jon guided me through regulating chemicals after switching to the Frog system, even helping when I had to drain the hot tub due to my own mistake. Thanks to their support, my water report today is now perfect!
