  We have been very pleased with our bar and stools from Pool City. Nicole was so great to work with. The selection made it a tough decision but she guided us through the process. The delivery and installation was the icing on the cake. Now, we are waiting for our deck furniture and amazing fire pit/table which we just picked out last weekend. Can’t wait to enjoy our brand new furniture this spring and summer. Again, the selection and the service was fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about Nicole and her crew at the Washington Pool City.

  Dan and Nicole Had a Fantastic experience at the Washington store found our patio furniture. Everything we needed were treated fantastic exactly what we wanted with a great price in and out of the store in 45 minutes can’t beat it.

  Nicole was friendly, knowledgeable, and super easy to work with. She listened to all of our requests and helped us to select the hot tub that worked the best for us. If you are thinking about getting a hot tub, you should definitely talk to Nicole!

  Sue at Pool City was very helpful ( without being pushy). Delivery was very fast and efficient, as our purchase was already in stock. We are very happy with our patio furniture.

  I’m not sure I could’ve had a more pleasant experience buying a hot tub then the one I had when dealing with Nicole Herndon from Pool City in the South Hills of Pittsburgh! Her professionalism stood out immediately, and her honesty is what I appreciated most! As a customer, I told her what price range I was comfortable spending. She did not try to coerce me into spending more money for something I did not necessarily need. I felt comfortable from the minute. I walked in until the minute I signed the check. Having had a not-so-memorable experience at another Pool City location, Nicole has restored my faith in the company and I will be going back to her for future needs! She gets 10 stars out of five from my dealings with her…… and no, we are not related! I am simply speaking, the truth, given my experience with her as a customer who randomly walked in to the store where she works!
