  Best experience I have ever had!!! I would definitely recommend people going to this pool city-Nicole and Dan are the best-very helpful and very nice to do business with!! Will definitely be back gif all pool supplies and other needs!! Great experience 😍

  I’m not sure I could’ve had a more pleasant experience buying a hot tub then the one I had when dealing with Nicole Herndon from Pool City in the South Hills of Pittsburgh! Her professionalism stood out immediately, and her honesty is what I appreciated most! As a customer, I told her what price range I was comfortable spending. She did not try to coerce me into spending more money for something I did not necessarily need. I felt comfortable from the minute. I walked in until the minute I signed the check. Having had a not-so-memorable experience at another Pool City location, Nicole has restored my faith in the company and I will be going back to her for future needs! She gets 10 stars out of five from my dealings with her…… and no, we are not related! I am simply speaking, the truth, given my experience with her as a customer who randomly walked in to the store where she works!

  I just purchased a pool from Pool City in Washington PA. Sue and Aaron were very helpful and so easy to deal with. If you are going to purchase a new pool I would suggest talking to these two. Hopefully my installation is as easy as the purchase. I will update afterwards.

  I stopped in on a Saturday to look into purchasing an above ground pool….. I, being clueless had no idea what I was looking for, other than a “pool” for my grandkids. Nicole and Dan walked me around and then sat down and went over everything I needed to know. With every stupid question that I asked , I was never treated like it was . I was able to go home and explain things to my husband and family . I got the answers to the 2 questions I needed to know from my husband about what size and chemicals we wanted and returned the very next day and made my purchase with Nicole ! Can not wait to see the faces of my grand babies when it is installed this Spring!!!😜😜 Thank you so much Nicole … for being so personable and making this such an easy experience.   Nicole Herndon was the person who sold us our pool and she was amazing! She was patient while we figured out what we wanted and she was insightful. We were unsure what all that we needed to do and she took care of everything. She also got us an amazing deal that we could not walk away from.
