DO NOT GO HERE.
This Lowes location is has easily the worst customer service and general support I have ever had from a Lowes or from a home improvement store anywhere I have lived.
Took them 9 months to conclude a kitchen island install with only 3 (yes, three cabinets) and the conclusion was them reordering parts 4 times, never getting it right, providing me a partial refund and then me finishing it myself. Absolutely terrible support from original work scope, planning, communication, ordering, and third party installer.
Prior to this we had a washer/dryer delivered and the delivery team did not provide the shipping/transit bolts for the unit. Each bolt is approximately $30-$50 and there's 4. When I went to the store about it, they were extremely unhelpful in regard to finding replacements, or checking to see if they had extras. They said they wouldn't have them anymore, implying that they just 'disappeared'. At that price point, I wonder where those bolts went....
Aside from this I ordered a ladder through this location and an outside table. All came damaged. Each item was a fight to get returned and replaced, even though the deliveries showed up damaged. "You'll have to take it up with the store."
Do not do anything through this store as they will try to scam you out of every single dollar possible.

I went to Lowe's today and asked an associate working In the hardware department for a grub screw 3/32 inch for my door handle that came off. He laughed at me as well as the younger gentleman who was working with him. Both associates were laughing at me because I was a woman asking for help finding a grub screw for my door. I know what a grub screw looks like and described it to the associates stating it takes an Allen key to remove because the head of the screw would make it too wide to fit the door handle. The associate proceeded to argue with me about what hardware I would need for my door handle. The other younger associate left the older associate for lunch offering no assistance. After the older gentleman insisted that the screw was a flat head I needed he proceeded to hand me a Phillips machine screw after insisting it was a flat head I needed. I believe this is because he was being sexist. He assumed I didn't know flat head from Phillips. After this he told me and my son we would have to jam the screw in the door and it would work. I questioned him on this but he said the type of hardware he handed me was adequate for the job. After my son and I got home we proceeded to try the screw on the door handle following the instructions the older gentleman gave us. It clearly didn't work and flew into the air. Smh if this associate would have listened to me we would have gotten the proper hardware to fix my door handle. If there are any other women out there please be mindful of the sexist associate. I have called the store to file a complaint and will not be back. After speaking to my friend about this experience she told me this is why she goes to home depot. Management here needs to speak to their employees.

Very poor experience I went there with my mother we asked and associates where the grub screws are associate proceeded to be sexist about my mother being a woman argued that a grub screw which clearly has a head for an allen wrench we were given Phillips instead auntie argued for a flathead and they gave us a Philips like we didn't know the difference between Phillips and Flathead I gave him leniency I thought maybe they made a new kind of grub screw he told me to jamming on the door I jammed it in the door and it flew I don't recommend

We ordered a refrigerator and were given a confirmed delivery window of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Based on this commitment, I took a full day off from work to be available for the delivery.
At 8:01 a.m. — during the scheduled delivery window — the delivery was canceled and moved to the following day without any prior notice. We were not informed ahead of time, nor were we contacted before the window began. By the time we were notified, I had already lost a full day of work.
When I contacted the store for assistance, I was told there was “nothing they could do” and was given another phone number. The second number, the delivery hub, had no information and provided no help. The individuals who contacted my husband were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
Despite multiple attempts, no one was willing to:
Take responsibility for canceling the delivery without notice
Provide clear or accurate information
Assist in rescheduling within a reasonable delivery window
The expectation appeared to be that we should simply take another full day off work, which was not possible.
Canceling a delivery at the start of the promised window, wasting a customer’s time, and responding with rudeness and indifference when concerns are raised is unacceptable. This experience reflects a serious breakdown in communication and customer care.
Based on this experience, I will not be purchasing from Lowe’s again, and I would strongly caution others against relying on Lowe’s delivery commitments

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Lowe’s in Washington, PA.
I purchased a stove from this location, and when it was delivered and installed, it did not work properly. Instead of standing behind the product and helping resolve the issue, I was told they would not accept a return because more than 48 hours had passed.
This is frustrating and unacceptable, especially when the issue was not caused by misuse, but by a defective product. A major appliance is not something most people can fully test within such a short window, and customers should not be punished for discovering problems after installation.
I expected better customer service and support from a company like Lowe’s. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and stuck with a non-working appliance. I will think twice before making another major purchase here and would caution others to do the same.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
