If I could give this store 0 stars I would. This store has the laziest and most incompetent staff. I have had bad experiences with them several times but today was completely unacceptable. I had to return 2 appliances and was given a delivery date. I was supposed to be given a 4 hour pick up window the evening before the pick up. I never heard anything from the delivery company or from Home Depot about the 4 hour window. I called Home Depot because I was not given the other company’s information and they typically facilitate that communication. I spoke with the supervisor at 7pm on Jan 12 who told me that no one was working in the appliance department to help me. He told me he didn’t know what to do but took all my order information and was going to work with the service desk and call me back. Over an hour passed and I never heard back from anyone. I called back and the guy working the service desk told me that there was nothing they could do because it was too late. I told him that no one ever called me and he said that he watched the other guy call me back and leave a message which was completely untrue. I had no calls or voicemails from anyone at the store. I told asked him why would I be calling back if someone called me. I was waiting by the phone for over an hour and called them because the store was closing soon. He then told me I had to pay for a 4 hour window which is also completely untrue. This is not my first time ordering appliances. Ultimately they do not know what they’re doing, lied several times and never helped me. I told him I needed to know the window so I can coordinate with my job on when to be at the property. All he said was that he couldn’t help me because it was too late. I will never shop at any Home Depot again. The service at Lowe’s was way better and I should have went there first. Then I wouldn’t have had to return any appliances in the first place. Never again.
