This location was horrible from the start for special order carpet. Told me they don’t deliver then another employee said they do. When I do get my delivery I was missing a whole roll of carpet. Every time I called for 5 days straight they put me on hold and I waited 20 minutes every time with no answer. I finally got ahold of one of the managers and he could not care less. It was like I was bothering him for wanting to know where my missing order was! Having bad management that doesn’t care definitely shows in the employees. I also was getting paint and was ignored for 10 minutes. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. I did talk to the manager in Belle Vernon. He was so professional and helpful. Take your business there and skip the headache at this location.
