    I rented a washer/dryer set. The original one I ordered was given to someone else because I myself was indecisive which I understand. However when calling to order a new set I was not made aware it was a used set. I had the set for roughly 3 weeks if that and the dryer caught on fire behind the panel with the holes that allows heat in. I called the fire department they got everything situated. I returned the set due to the inconvenience and was told I could receive a store credit for a month on a new set. When I called to establish the new set being delivered I spoke to the manager . Due to my phone not being operational he asked if my work number was okay. I said yes in case of emergency that was fine. I asked when the pick up time would be and he said after 10:30 but before 2 because they only had one other drop off before me. Friday comes and it's 1 pm I'm calling and asking when the arrival will be because I have a 3pm appointment to keep. They said they were sure but would reach back out. 230 or so comes and I call the store because I haven't heard anything and was told the delivery crew could not locate my home and unfortunately they would have to reschedule for the following week Wed or Thurs. I asked to speak to the manager because that was unacceptable. As a mother on a budgeted income not having a way to wash our clothing the week before school starts after waiting over a week was unacceptable. The associate never allowed me to speak with The manager. the manager never returned my call. I asked for contact information for the district manager to file a formal complaint and was refused that information as well. I will be contacting the corporate office and additional entities as their ethical practices and nonchalant attitudes to their customers and circumstances are very off putting. I would rate 0 stars if possible.

    Terrible experience was great at first till I got lied to 3 different times about things end up having a major price increase thy never called and told me about I called in about another product and that’s how I found out the sales manager Camron has a horrible attitude and very poor customer service the store manager Nathan straight lied about how I could take care of my payment then acted like he never told me what he told me so they make it look good till you sign them papers then after that there try personalities show would not recommend going to them for anything
