  This is a huge Hobby Lobby. Really big. Easy to spend a couple hours browsing . When things are on sale, pretty decent prices. Too much on sale, and it flashes off the shelves. But they have everything.

  I always loved to shop at Hobby Lobby but after an experience I had this evening I will take my business elsewhere. I take care of my mother, she has been bedridden for 5 years. I also have a family of my own to support, so my time is minimal. Tonight I ran out to pick something up for my husband and son for Valentines Day. The store was closing in a few minutes so I made my way around the store and picked up a few things and stood in line only to find they do not accept Apple pay. I wasn’t aware and didn’t have any cash on me at the time. I was upset, but I didn’t overreact, I simply asked if they could please hold the items for me until 5 o’clock tomorrow when I got out work. They said they could not. It’s not like the items were in high demand, just a few sentimental gifts and I told them I would pick them up in less than 24 hours. Where is the customer service? I will not return, very disappointed.
