- OUOleksandr Uzbek4 days ago1.0Absolutely unacceptable experience at Lowe’s. I tried to return an item worth $340 with a valid receipt, well within the return policy. The store manager refused to process the return, claiming they had no cash available — but offered NO alternative solution (no check, no store credit, nothing). This goes directly against Lowe’s own return policy. Refusing a return without explanation or options is simply unprofessional. Very disappointed with how this was handled. If this is how customers are treated, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Was looking for window seals and the product was listed for aisle 28 but it's actually in 48 or 49 (where the actual window area was) but in the aisle across towards the front of the store (window aisle is in the back set of rows). Aisle 28 was some kind of machinery or tooling. I'm sure it would have been easier to just ask someone in this case.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
