First time choosing Lowes over Home Depot... Never again. I was told if I ordered wood online they could make a couple cuts for me in the store. I pay online, show up in the store to pick it up. They have it waiting for me near the saw. Two employees are in the process of making cuts in plywood. They ask what I need and when I start telling them he says oh we can't make precise cuts just cut it to fit in your car. I said well it sure looks like you're making precise cuts in that plywood. Teddy (the Lowe's employee) tells me the plywood is for aother employee's personal project....So they will use their in store time to work on an employee project but can't make 3 cuts in a 12 foot long shelf board.... They finally do the cuts after I point out how ridiculous their logic is and what they think the use of the Lowe's saw is actually for ... Strange customer service in this store and I won't be back.
