- LLLNMar 11, 20265.0I found one instance of the store labeling being wrong on the website. Was looking for window seals and the product was listed for aisle 28 but it's actually in 48 or 49 (where the actual window area was) but in the aisle across towards the front of the store (window aisle is in the back set of rows). Aisle 28 was some kind of machinery or tooling. I'm sure it would have been easier to just ask someone in this case.

- TBTerence BrinkworthJan 27, 20261.0Bought a EGO snow blower used it this winter storm after 20 mins it died down, took it back to store and the ASST manager Elvia M refused to return the item first she said 90days for power tools and when she saw the receipt said 30 because the receipt was just passed the 30days . asked for the policy she did not have asked her for the Dist manager name and number she did not have. This is the quality of mangers that Lowes has. This why Home Depot is the best because they care for their customers wellbeing. This item was bought by my dad who is 80 years old and the associate and the asst manager treatment him with disrespect. There is no compassion for senior citizens at Lowes. Called the customer service line, its a game that they play, now i understand the reason why they will not do anything, they sent My Dad an extended warranty package the cost of which is $135.00 if he buys into that then Lowes will cover the product otherwise they will give a run around. Worst company, above all taking advantage of a senior citizen and the abuse that he received at the store.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
