Truly awful experience with Lowe’s. I ordered a refrigerator and twice it arrived damaged and I had to refuse the order.
In addition, Lowe’s did not carry over my request to remove my old refrigerator. It never showed up on the refreshed order.
This is a great example of how people today have no attention to detail! I will make every effort to give Lowe’s minimal business in the future!
