    Bought carpet from Lowes and they use Ultimate home sevices llc. UHS sends one man to do a 2 persons job. Not only that he didn't speak English and couldn't understand me when I had questions. The carpet installer didn't remove all of the previous staples or sweep properly so I had to clean myself. He also used cardboard under the padding and I hope it doesn't affect the carpet in the future. Why should I have to pay for the entire install when I cleaned the room myself. I should've known to not use Lowes with all the negative reviews this store has.

    I purchased a new washer, dryer and dishwasher from Lowes in November. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I cannot imagine ever buying an appliance from them again. I had to wait 3 weeks for the delivery of the washer and dryer. I made arrangements to be home for the delivery. I got a text that I was the next delivery and then it never came. I spent most of the afternoon being transferred around to different people and being told different things. Ultimately it turned out that the driver skipped my stop without notifying me and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I had to reschedule and make arrangements to be home for another day. I guess this is to be expected when you outsource your deliveries and then take no accountability for their failures. Part of the reason I purchased the dishwasher was because they were offering a rebate for the installation cost. Well the first installation date they could offer me was 6 weeks after purchase and by that time the rebate offer had ended so I was not able to submit the rebate. I emailed Lowes customer service about this poor experience over a month ago. I received an email to confirm they received my email but then never actually heard back from anyone. I've learned my lesson, even if I have to pay more, I'll go with someone else in the future because they've shown me that they do not care about fixing their mistakes or valuing their customers.

    Kobalt hassle free warranty. I don't think so. I wanted to exchange a broken ratchet. It took 4 people and 15 minutes to tell me I had to go to a store where it was in stock. Is this the first time they encountered this? C'mon. I won't be buying Kobalt hand tools anymore.

    Chad in the flooring department was a huge help after we had to cancel our carpet order due to a family emergency. The process to order and schedule the installation went smoothly and the customer service was top notch.
