- CSChris SmetanaOct 3, 20241.0there was 25% off sale and saleswoman M didn't tell me she was going away for 2 weeks and when i went to get final yardage, the other people in store couldn't find records. My son who is very respectful and adopted from a third world country when we were in the store said, "This woman is being very disrespectful" So I told him "She thinks she has a $5000 order in the bag so she can look for another whatever".

- EKElisa KrausFeb 4, 20194.0Ordered curtains in October and fabric was back ordered until January. We had to follow up in February and they were finally installed in March. The good thing is that they will have someone come to the house to consult with you after you select your fabrics and if you are not happy with the final product, the home office is very responsive and will bend over backwards to rectify the situation.
