  My husband and I were treated with the upmost respect and was shown different sofas and Matt our sales person listened to our concerns and desires and was able to come up the perfect living room set. Tasha the customer case person was able to save us money with suggesting that we have the furniture sent out of Delaware. All in All it was a pleasant experience.

  Terrible experience. Ordered a bunch of furnitures in February, but part of the order just couldn’t get delivered whatsoever. The dresser first got damaged and had to reschedule the delivery. Nothing arrived on the reschedule date. I called back in to schedule, nothing arrived. I called back in again to schedule delivery, and still nothing got delivered. I called the forth time and they told me it was “somehow not scheduled for delivery”. I just went ahead and cancelled it

  I just want to share my excellent experience with a salesman named Jamie, at the Rte 31 Raymour and Flanigan. Jamie went out of his way to help me. He was patient, polite and completely professional. He resolved my issue completely and in no time. I must add that Jamie did this without hesitation and didn't pass me on to someone else, instead...he took responsibility for the issue and wouldn't give up until he resolved it. I thank you Jamie, and my wife thanks you.

  Matt was great as our salesman. We told him what we were looking for he showed us everything even things comparable. He gave me and my wife space without us asking. He did all the leg work on prices and warranty without us asking. He gave us plenty of space but was there when we had questions with what we were looking for. He also reached out after delivery to make sure everything went as it should. I was also there with my daughter and he was very helpful again with othere purchases we are considering to make. In my opion he is invaluable to your team great person and salesman. Thank you Terrence, Kelly, and Samantha Hill

  Looking to replace our living room furniture and found success at Raymour & Flanigan on Baltimore Pike. So many options, friendly and helpful customer service/sales team members. Decided on a custom option for the sofa, love seat, chair, and storage ottoman. The set will arrive in 6-8 weeks, and will be white-glove delivered. Can't wait! Rob was our sales team member and could not have been more knowledgeable and efficient. I have yet to be disappointed with any purchase from Raymour & Flanigan.
