  Had a great experience. Mark was very helpful but not pushy. He gave us the space to make decisions and remembered what we were looking for after checking out another store. In addition, Mark helped us figure out the third party delivery since we were outside of the local delivery area. All in all we are very happy that we chose Raymour & Flanigan.

  Do not buy anything from this place. I purchased a couch a floor sample. The sales person said that if anything goes wrong with it, they will send somebody out to repair it. That was a lie. I called the manager and she said there’s nothing they can do. so the bottom line is those sales associates will tell you anything and everything to make the sale. After talking to the Raymour and Flanigan Ppl, I’m convinced customer service is shotty and everything they say out their mouth is a complete lie against shop at your risk. I’m done.

  Upon arrival, we had all intentions of just looking around to get ideas of how to furnish our home, little did we know we'd be leaving having purchased an AFFORDABLE dining set. Thank you to furnishing consultant, Carl Everett, for helping us with the purchase. He was insightful and flexible as we figured out the delivery day. Great merchandise, prices, and customer service! 10/10
