    I can’t say enough good things about the Raymour & Flanigan Springfield, PA location! After a very frustrating experience with another store, the Springfield team (especially Lisa) completely turned things around for us. They were professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure our couch was delivered quickly and without any issues. The staff was courteous, efficient, and genuinely cared about making things right — exactly how customer service should be. Our delivery was smooth, on time, and handled with care. Huge thank you to the Springfield team for restoring our confidence in Raymour & Flanigan and providing the experience we expected from the start. Highly recommend this location!
