  Ms Mina gave me gr8 customer service & support on my needs 2get a good night sleep. I told her my needs & wants & she directed me in the best way, she was patient with me & listened & I also got a gr8 deal on a comfortable pillowtop matress & one of those adjustable frames. I'll be sitting up watching my TV this upcoming holiday.

  Mark McTague was absolutely amazing. He worked with us taking multiple measurements to find the perfect sectional sofa to fit our room for 2 days until he located one that fit our families needs.

  My Sales/Service Rep, Obi Islam, was awesome. He warmly greeted me within 1 minute of my arrival into the furniture center. He stayed with me briefly, and then gave me some space to try out my interests. I noticed that he was never to far away in case I had more questions and when I did, Obi's customer service was impeccable. His patience, his tone and posture, and his willingness to carry out multiple tasks in order for me to make the best decision for my home sealed the deal for me. I did not pick out my beautiful selection because of his service; but I walked out with a contract because of Obi's service. From one +40 years of Customer Service/Sales Rep to my new Sales Associate at Raymour & Flanigan, I am appreciative for Obi's work and care as I await delivery of my beautiful selection.
