A vital requirement for me was to find a sleeper chair that, when opened to the bed, was long enough for my tall visiting family. Other places I looked didn’t have this. The delivery team was excellent! They were professional, friendly and assembled the chairs efficiently. Juan was the driver, I wish I knew the name of his colleague. The reason this isn’t a 5 star review is the two chairs I ordered needed to be delivered separately because the second chair apparently couldn’t be found in a warehouse. This seemed disorganized to me. I felt bad that the delivery team needed to come down to Maryland twice! Based on Mark’s excellent research and communication, along with the quality of the chairs, I’m would definitely recommend Raymour and Flanigan!
