  I’m so happy with my new recliner! I’d been wanting a recliner for over a year and finally the neck pain was too much to bear. But what would I find that wouldn’t look cheap or dated, would actually work for me at 5’3” and wouldn’t cost a small fortune? First I went with a MCM style chair from a popular online furniture store and it was a fail. At that point I knew I needed to go with a brand I could try IRL and that I needed to prioritize comfort. So I headed into La-Z-Boy for the first time ever. Kudos to Jeff who was extremely helpful and also patient, allowing me to try out different models for over an hour. The recliner I ultimately chose (Kells wall recliner) was in stock and was delivered within a few days. It was not the one I went in thinking I’d get and so again credit to Jeff who really helped me weigh all of the options. Delivery was smooth as well. Overall, from start to finish it was a great experience, with strong communication and seamless logistics. Given the amount of time I’ll be spending in this chair on an almost daily basis, I feel certain it was worth it.

  Excellent experience from beginning to end. Staff was very helpful and not pushy. This was the first time I had the designer visit my home to make sure the furniture I liked would fit my space. She was professional and offered good suggestions. On delivery day, the two gentleman were on time and respectful. They did a great job bringing in the furniture and setting it up. I only had one hiccup which is already being resolved with their customer care team. This is the second time I purchased furniture from Lazy Boy. The quality of the furniture is excellent.

  Dymir was very knowledgeable and left us alone until we needed him. Answered all of our questions and explained how it was made and materials used. We were never pressured. An overall great experience.

  Our associate, Robert, was very helpful and patient as we made our selection from many options. He knew just when to disappear and reappear, explained the products and terms well. The store was as beautiful as the furnishings inside. Great experience.
