  Excellent experience from beginning to end. Staff was very helpful and not pushy. This was the first time I had the designer visit my home to make sure the furniture I liked would fit my space. She was professional and offered good suggestions. On delivery day, the two gentleman were on time and respectful. They did a great job bringing in the furniture and setting it up. I only had one hiccup which is already being resolved with their customer care team. This is the second time I purchased furniture from Lazy Boy. The quality of the furniture is excellent.

  Dymir was very knowledgeable and left us alone until we needed him. Answered all of our questions and explained how it was made and materials used. We were never pressured. An overall great experience.

  Our associate, Robert, was very helpful and patient as we made our selection from many options. He knew just when to disappear and reappear, explained the products and terms well. The store was as beautiful as the furnishings inside. Great experience.

  We had a very nice salesman just wish he would have presented us with all fabric options. He said he was showing us all the options that keep it at the price we were quoted. After we placed the order I second guessed my choice so I looked online at the other options. There were SO many more in that price range. I called and he was very accommodating- changed it immediately.

  Our visit to La-Z-Boy was great!! We purchased two recliners with outstanding help from salesperson Sharina Liverman. She listened carefully and showed us chairs that fit our criteria. When it came time to choose fabric, she really outdid herself! She showed us several choices that matched our couch, offering her very professional opinion. We love the chairs and can’t wait for their arrival!
