The manager, Nicole McDonald was very, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She answered all of my concerns, regarding securing the best unit to suit my needs. Brown- I wanted to leave a wonderful review/ feedback regarding my recent experience with Extra Space Storage located in Springfield, Pennsylvania. Last week- when I walked into the main office of this facility. I was greeted with the warmest smile and welcoming from the assistant manager Brittney, and the office manager, Nicole! Two of the sweetest, nicest, and down to earth people you could ask for, in the world of customer service in this day and age! Both, Britney and Nicole answered all my questions and concerns about moving in, moving out, late fee, storage space, as well garage parking should I need to store my car. Absolutely, fabulous service from two amazing young ladies who know their line of work and then some! Felt like I’ve known these women my whole life and I am super excited to rent from Extra Space Storage! Should there be a negative remark, I could only think of is honestly just getting back on the main road exiting back on to route 1 but I’ll be alright…sometimes it’s best going the extra mile for something worthwhile! Thank you, and a HUGE THANK YOU to Britney and Nicole of Extra Space Storage of Springfield, Pennsylvania! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
