- DBDavid BocuherApr 16, 20261.0I saw Mrs. Willow’s post, and that is why I am posting to speak up. When are they going to fix the toilet paper holder in the men's bathroom? It has been well over a year and it is still not fixed. I hear people asking to get it fixed when I come into the store, but they are told it’s "not in the job description." So, who actually fixes things? It is a hygiene issue because you don’t know if the toilet paper fell on the floor or if the person before you washed their hands, which could transmit infectious diseases. Also, when are they going to switch back to the blue deodorizers in the urinals? The red ones don’t work; the men's bathroom always smells like urine. Furthermore, why are the last two stalls always full of paper towels? I’d hate to be the cleaner for this store—if management can’t keep things fixed for the public, I’d hate to see what the cleaning staff has to work with. I asked one staff member about it and they mentioned "HP202." What kind of cleaner is that? It doesn’t cut the smell; does it actually even disinfect? When I need help, I try to ask the person I see working—usually the cleaner—but it turns out they aren't allowed to help customers. When I do find a floor associate, they are constantly badgering me about getting a store card. That card doesn't help anyone but the store, so please save the sales pitch for someone else.
- WDWillow DogwoodApr 12, 20261.0Women's Handicapped bathroom in Somerset Pa still after a month of me reporting it to a Jon and today Wendy has not been fix. the deviding wall, in picture below swings into the other stall and cant not use the railing attached to it because it not stable.This is a SAFETY ISSUE. I had to take my family member whom uses a wheelchair elsewhere again today. Lowes DOES NOTBCARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SAFETY. Wendy Whom said they had work order in to Get it fixed. but this is SAFETY Issue as we could not transfer from a wheelchair to the toilet. All they care about is getting credit card sales and not the customer. I also overhead the cleaners being told that lowes won't give them proper ppe even though they showed them lowe binder on what lowes is to cover and was very rude. Again that is a safety issue. I will not return as they rude not caring about anyone safety OSHA NEED TO INVESTIGATE WHY IT NOT BEING FIX.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
