I waited for 35 minutes to have someone cut wood for me. Unacceptable, stayed an additional 10 waiting, the cashier told me she told her boss he just looked in my direction and walked away. Bad management.

Hardware department had nothing in stock when it came to "specialty fasteners". EVERYTHING was empty, no set screws what so every, as if there was a run on them. If everything is computerized, and everything has a barcode, one would think everything should be re-ordered immediately. Unless, THEFT, well then, the store needs to step up and take a strong stance against the THIEVES!!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
