Nov. 12 2025- I walked in, and was almost immediately greeted by a man who asked me if there was anything he could help me find, which there was. He spent an extended period of time with me and could not have been more helpful, pleasant, and professional. I left my lumber cart at the contractors' desk while I went and got paint. On my way back, a passing employee asked me how I was doing and if there was anything he could help me find. I needed help loading plywood into my trailer, and a young man at the contractors' desk was quick to offer his assistance. It was an incredible experience, start to finish!!!
*I will say, this is NOT the Lowe's experience I have come to expect based on years of going there. Whatever the current management is doing, it's noticeable and wonderful!!!

Horrible service.
Was in store for 45 minutes, not 1 employee asked if I needed help. They normally just walk away.
A cashier assistant had to look up numbers for some nuts and bolts. Didn't say one word to me. I guess she hates being bothered, to do her job.
No management / supervision???
A miserable location to shop.

Talk about LAZY LOUSY customer service. First and foremost, I work all day and you're not giving me a discount to do somebody's job?So i'm not using one of your awful self checkouts.
So we stood in line down at the lumber end, where somebody else walked away, because the cashier was so awfulShe couldn't think outside of her own little box.
When we finally got up to her, she didn't speak, she didn't tell us the total. She didn't ask how we wanted to pay.She couldn't even put things in a bag and pick it up and hand it to us.We had to ask her to put things in the bag.
Meanwhile, you have aisles where you have employees standing around.Doing nothing
