We could not mount because I was afraid to use... where is the spring? I felt it might be a danger to operate. Two months of back and forth between the store and Sharp. Needless to say, one call to Oscar's Appliance yesterday and 'Ben' was here today! Twenty minutes and it was repaired and he even installed it on the wall for me! The repair cost was very reasonable, fast, efficient and professional! Awesome job, Thank you BEN!
