I went to your store yesterday and needed to get a heat gun because my pipes froze. I found a the wagner heat gun and it was on your website for 29.99. When I arrived at the store the prices was 34.99. I went to the register and figured you would honor your price that is on your website which is a $4 difference. I was told that they could not do that because that pricing is for online customers. So if I did a curbside then I would have had that price. The reason I went to you store is because I work in the area and have always shop at Lowe's for over 20 years since I lived in Florida.
This has nothing to do with the store but your poor policy on a consumer coming into the store vers shopping online. When u change that policy Ill be back. I'll take my business and go to harbor freight or home Depot in the future. The good thing is there is so much competition where $4 doesn't matter because it's a different price on there website.

Lowe’s is the largest home fix it up place I’ve ever been to . You need it they most likely got it . It’s a large store with everything you could possibly need . Tools, wood, washers, garden, snow blowers . Like it’s there .
