  Made and more and Flanigan were wonderful to us when we had a situation with a broken motor and they treated us very very fair and we highly recommend them. Just make sure you tell them everything Michelle at the Scranton office was amazing talking on our behalf, and Michael went around and helped us fairly accommodated us

  I had a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan Outlet thanks to Michael Hughes. He greeted us upon arrival, was professional, attentive, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. He really knew his stuff and made the whole process smooth. I’d definitely recommend asking for him if you go!

  I ordered a mattress and dealt with someone through their “chat”. He was really helpful and told me he would place the order in my cart and asked me would Thursday work for delivery. I said yes but then I was sent my receipt and it asked me to set up a delivery time. I thought the rep failed to do it so I made it for Sunday (first time available). I ended up receiving an email that my delivery was coming Thursday so I took off from work. Never came during the window so I tried to call the cs number. You have to know your party’s ext or you can’t get through. I got hung up on after hearing the same prompts no matter what I hit. I went to go on the chat on ther website and this particular rep was no good and of no help. It was extremely frustrating and ai am still waiting on my mattress so I hope it comes Sunday.

  Without stepping into the store in Scranton, you made it so easy to shop I knew exactly what I wanted and in one phone call, I ordered the chair, paid for it and it came in much sooner than expected. It was a perfect transaction from start to finish. I am so pleased with your customer sales department and the price was less than when I looked it up at many stores online, and in stores local to me. Thank you! I will be back but this next time in person.

  I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Terry M is a rockstar. It’s nearly 1AM and here I am online trying to order a mattress FAST and having an issues with my coupon codes. Terry answered every question I had with great detail and ensured my coupons were applied. He went above and beyond explaining the return policies and reasons why I should buy the mattress protector! He was a great pleasure to deal with. I will definitely reconnect with him for future furniture purchases, even though I am not local to this store. Terry earned my trust. Thank you for going above and beyond Terry. Employee of the YEAR!
