  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Linda for the excellent service she provided. She did a great job making everything quick, easy, and easy to understand, which I truly appreciated. She was professional, patient, and made the entire process smooth during a time when I really needed that kind of support. Employees like Linda make a big difference, and it shows she genuinely cares about helping customers. I just wanted to make sure her hard work and positive attitude are acknowledged.   Rat feces EVERYWHERE dude. I picked Extra Space in Dickson city because prices were the best here than anywhere else I checked in my area. I had to get a unit because I just got kicked out my parents. Manager was kind, very pushy on getting a review even after I mentioned the reason for me moving (visibly crying and upset lol) Long day of moving I finished up and left it. When me and my partner returned to grab a few things, there was rat feces EVERYWHERE (5x15 unit) from the front to the very back of the unit, even in some of my bags. We cleaned, fixed everything up, manager gave us a broom and even helped with the trash — cool. Mentioned that I hadn’t left a review, that it takes 2 seconds, which honestly irritated me a bit but I let it go because business is business yk. Turned off that it felt like I was being told to review as opposed to actually reviewing for good service. What’s leading me to write this review now is me and my partner just returned and finished up — to rat feces EVERYWHERE. All over again. Now feces in bags and areas that it wasn’t before. Some of my clothes and personal belongings like plushies and stuff had rat poo SMEARED onto it. Disgusting. Before even opening the unit my partner pointed out a roach crawling next to a nearby unit. We persevered and cleaned everything because we had to get in there anyway — HOWEVER when my partner went to talk to the manager not only for the report card for our damaged items but for the trash, there was a visible attitude, visibly annoyed, and she was making a bunch of excuses about the trash. There is about 3 dumpsters on sight and no other dumpsters (that I know of) anywhere near. We told her we were leaving outside the trash in that case because we had no room in our car to transport it. When we were leaving we noticed the manager — AFTER giving us an issue — came to throw out trash of their own. I pay a good price for my unit, over 130 a month, so to have to keep returning to rat shit on my things is ridiculous, and then to go through the whole process of cleaning to then get an attitude :/ yea that’s pretty sucky. I only got this unit because it beats having my items thrown out or in the street. But jeez. That’s all I go in there for. My items and to do what I need to.

  I am an older person so I needed extra care to understand the procedure . The person I talked with was extremely helpful, taking their time and listing everything so that I can understand exactly what I was paying for. She was extremely cordial and not condescending. A pleasure to work with.

  Very easy to contact. No language barriers straightforward. Also, it was quick to set up a unit at last moment. It was a stressful day, and thankfully it went smoothly. Customer service was a positive experience as well.
