  Highly recommended!! great pricing, awesome customer service, replies back within a half an hour, same-day service, depending on what you want, but overall, I would highly recommend anyone looking for a glass company. This is the place you wanna go the place is clean neat the workers are very pleasant. check them out they rock.

  Was told to come pick up my glass on Friday for a weekend project, sitting in front of store and noone is here. Unless they show up I now missed a deadline. I'd like to add to this review as I believe in keeping them accurate and up to date. Upon showing up to pick up my order four days late, when the store was open (it was a holiday weekend so expected). The woman at the front counter who I could only assume was an owner or affiliate of this company seemed quite annoyed with my original review and voiced that she read it. She stated a family emergency and that she had to leave Friday... I own a business and understand these things but expect a call, text, or email notification that this happened so I don't drive an hour out of my way. I also didn't receive any "I do apologise for the inconviance that caused you etc" just annoyance that I left a poor review and an excuse for bad service. How ever my order was discounted which does help cover the extra gas money spent and the glass I received exceeded my expectations quality to price. The gentalmen working there were quite willing to help me load up the glass and even provided some cardboard so it didn't bounce around and break on my way back to my shop. For these reasons I will add two stars to my original review and hope the coustomer service was a bad day(s) that won't be repeated. As I side note I wish that I had been asked if I wanted my tempered etched as I did not and it was.
