  Brian H was amazing to work with! My husband and I went in feeling a little overwhelmed trying to pick the right couch, and Brian made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was patient and knowledgeable. He walked us through our options, explained everything clearly, and helped us feel confident in our decision. Thanks to Brian, we found the perfect couch for our home. Highly recommend asking for Brian if you’re shopping. He made our experience enjoyable!

  My boyfriend and I stopped by to try out a bunch of sectionals and some other couch options for our first home! Brian greeted us at the door and was incredibly inviting and friendly! :) He pointed us in the direction of the sectionals first, so we headed that way to take a look. We found a variety of styles, materials, and softness/firmness levels, so there’s a pretty large selection of seating to look through. Brian was very thoughtful by getting a feel for what my boyfriend and I were looking for, asking our opinions about each couch, and he was super helpful leading us to different couches to test out. He genuinely wanted to help us, not just sell us on this thing or that! I definitely recommend checking this store out if you’re in the market for a couch or other furniture! Brian was amazing help and felt like a friend! :)

  We had a friendly experience with the sales staff at Raymour & Flanigan, and we initially felt confident that the higher prices reflected strong quality and support. Unfortunately, our experience after delivery hasn’t matched those expectations. We purchased a kitchen island and a sectional couch. The finish on the kitchen island had to be redone within the first year, and now that it’s out of warranty, the finish is bubbling again. For the sectional, the built‑in lamp stopped working. It took two weeks and three phone calls just to get a response from service, and once someone finally came out, they took a photo and told us it would be another six weeks to order the part. We were also surprised to learn that the cushions are “no longer covered,” even though the lamp is—and despite having purchased the platinum protection plan specifically to ensure the cushions would be protected. We appreciate the friendly sales experience, but the follow‑up service and product durability have been disappointing, especially given the price point.

  A professional salesman greeted us upon entering the store today. Gil Moreno acknowledged my comment about just window shopping today with a little humor that was very appreciated by myself and my husband. Gil provided us with all of the information we asked for and even information that we didn’t realize would aid us in our initial shopping experience for our new home. Although, we are not ready to make a purchase during this current sale Gil is an asset to the business and we would return as his customers for his guidance and expertise.

  My husband and I just bought furniture from Raymour and Flanigan. We worked with Christopher Bain. We had a wonderful experience working with Chris. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. He gave us the space to look and think while still being available to answer questions and offer guidance when we needed it. Furniture shopping can sometimes feel pressured, but he made the process relaxed and enjoyable. We truly appreciated his professionalism and kindness, and we’re very happy with our purchase. We would absolutely work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a positive, low-pressure furniture buying experience.
