We spent hours there last Sunday meticulously trying out every mattress before purchasing. Mike was so helpful to my husband and I, explaining every detail without once making us feel pressured to purchase anything. He actually encouraged us to look elsewhere to get a better feel for what was out there. We ended up purchasing a new mattress there because we felt supported (not just by the mattress but also by Mike), understood, and cared for. We will definitely be back for other furniture needs in the future. Thank you, Mike!

Quiero expresar mi gratitud hacia el equipo de Raymour, pero sobre todo y en especial a Javier excelente ser humano y profesional , y a su manager, Fui a la tienda sin ganas de comprar nada, sólo a mirar muebles y salí con los mejores y preciosos muebles que Dios me pudo regalar. Pero lo maravilloso fue la atención, primero soy latina y tuve una conexión con Javier que también es de origen latino, su ayuda, su asesoría profesional y su guía hizo que me decidiera comprar los muebles que hoy en día, mientras escribo estas líneas, decorar mi Mi casa. Hay un equipo maravilloso La puertorriqueña que atiende en la caja espectacular y súper nice, la flaca Bella, que tiene mezclas árabes es súper agradable y buena vibra, y el humor del manager hace un equipo perfecto…de verdad que de ahora en adelante, y mientras ellos estén en esa tienda yo seguiré comprando allí y todo aquel que necesite muebles, por favor vayan a esa tienda, tendrán la mejor atención, pero sobre todo honestidad, Amabilidad, y responsabilidad que tanta Falta hacen en estos tiempos.
I want to express my gratitude to the Raymour team, but above all and especially to Javier, an excellent human being and professional, and to his manager. I went to the store without wanting to buy anything, just to look at furniture, and I left with the best and most beautiful furniture that God could have given me. But what was wonderful was the service. First of all, I am Latina and I had a connection with Javier, who is also of Latin origin. His help, professional advice, and guidance made me decide to buy the furniture that today, as I write these lines, decorates my home. There is a wonderful team. The Puerto Rican woman who works at the register is spectacular and super nice, the skinny Bella, who has Arab roots, is super friendly and has good vibes, and the manager's humor makes for a perfect team... I truly believe that from now on, and as long as they are in that store, I will continue to shop there. And anyone who needs furniture, please go to that store. You will receive the best service, but above all, honesty, kindness, and responsibility, which are so lacking these days. ❤️🫂💝
Needed furniture for a recent renovation and remembered how satisfied we were in the past when we purchased a sofa, end tables and credenza from the outlet. Went back and was thrilled by the help that we received from Mark. Returned 2 weeks later and purchased a counter height table with stools and a bench. Customer service is outstanding as well as their tracking system to let you know how far away the delivery is and the exact time they will arrive. Will be returning for more furniture and a mattress next.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Misleading & Unhelpful
I had a horrible experience with Raymour & Flanigan and will never shop here again. I purchased a mattress on January 3rd using my Raymour & Flanigan credit card with interest-free financing. I was strongly encouraged to buy their $150 protection plan and was told that it allowed me up to 120 days to return the mattress and exchange it for something of equal or higher value.
The mattress ended up giving me severe back pain, but I was told I had to wait 30 days before doing anything. Once those 30 days passed, I went back to the store and spoke directly with the manager. We reviewed other mattress options, and of course he tried to push mattresses that were nearly double the price of what I originally paid. I specifically asked if I would need to open a new credit card, and the manager told me no.
When I went to the counter to process the exchange, I was then told by another employee that I had to open a new credit card because Raymour & Flanigan had switched credit card companies. This was NEVER disclosed when I originally made the purchase. Conveniently, they switched credit card companies within two weeks of my purchase, so clearly they knew this change was coming.
I refused to open a new credit card because it obviously impacts your credit score. At that point, they said there was “nothing they could do.” So now I’m stuck with a painful mattress and out $150 for a so-called “protection plan,” which resulted in a cheap mattress cover that looks like it’s worth about $5.
I attempted to contact corporate or “higher powers” and was told through online chat that there are no higher powers, and that I needed to go back to the store and speak to a manager — which I had already done. Complete runaround.
Bottom line: misleading sales tactics, poor communication, zero accountability, and awful customer service. I basically got screwed. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
