- ESEmma SmithMay 6, 20211.0Absolutely horrible! I used to go here all the time for my chemicals, water testing, etc. However, I have had the worst experience. I ordered chlorine tablets online for pick up in store (it said "free pickup today") late Sunday afternoon. The next day (Monday), I get an email saying that my order was ready. I call on Tuesday to confirm that my order was ready before I came to pick it up and spoke to Joshua. He told me that he had no record of my order. When I questioned it further, I got very rude/snarky responses and was told that the store is a retail location and it has nothing to do with the online system. I called the online number he told me to and was hung up on 5 times (even by supervisors!). Finally, I spoke to a team lead and he told me he would call the store the next day to figure out what happened with my order and that he would give me a call to let me know. Well, I never got that call yesterday (Wednesday). Today, I get an email that my order was cancelled. I call the online number to figure out what happened and was told that they couldn't fulfill it. If I get an email saying that my order is fulfilled, I would assume that it would be ready for me. The supervisor I talked to today rudely told me that I will be getting a refund and there is nothing more they can do for me. I am extremely frustrated and upset with my service. I understand that chlorine is hard to come by, but the online system should be able to update that the store no longer has it. I still want to know what happened with my order because it said it was fulfilled. Did they sell it to someone else?
