We purchased a house and moved out, only to find that our items are COVERED in MOLD AND MOUSE POOP! I'm now having to unpack items to either throw right into the trash or put into the dishwasher. I haven't even gotten to my kids' toys or clothing yet, and I am not looking forward to what I will find. I paid for the storage insurance and piece of mind of climate control, and for what? I will be contacting the office on Monday to get this straightened out. In top of that, the rate increases were never disclosed prior to signing the contract. We were notified about 2 months in advance and unfortunately didn't have a choice but to pay because we had nowhere else to store our items. I'm not happy with our experience at all.

She’s a great teacher. She was teaching an individual that was in there that was new. She has great follow-through and she has a great understanding of the business which makes the customers time feel like it was respected. We really liked her and the new gentleman Patrick is also phenomenal. You’re gonna really like him as your employee. He’s very eager to learn and loves his job
