Since the new manager took over he is horrible rich was such a nice guy this guy is still charging me for a fridge he had delivered and the ice maker don’t work the light don’t work he is sooooo rude it’s unreal and he moved my payment for the same piece of crap that doesn’t work I don’t understand why u change managers if former manager did something wrong help him to do it right don’t put some obnoxious, rude, ignorant person in there who really doesn’t care about anybody doesn’t care about his customers doesn’t care and definitely very disrespectful so yeah, I have every intentions on hopefully sending all my stuff back and getting from another rental agency because this guy I don’t wanna do business with him. He’s a very rude obnoxious man what you should do like I said before if Rich did something wrong, show him what he did wrong. Don’t get rid of them. Why would you do that and then put somebody in here that’s just totally an ignorant person. I have no intentions on doing business with this company anymore just soon as I can get this stuff out of my house I want it out of my house. I have furniture he was supposed to come and fix. Nobody came to fix it. He charged me for pedestals for washing machine. I told him I want it gone never came to pick it up supposed to be delivering another refrigerator and now about to charge me again for that same refrigerator that the ice doesn’t work the light doesn’t work you talk to him and every time you call he has an attitude and then he’ll yell at you and I yelled back at him. I’m not afraid of him. You need to get rid of that dude send them out into Wilkes-Barre or send them over Susquehanna County or somewhere let them handle them get them out of that office down there. You’re gonna lose a lot of people that’s all I gotta say.

the attitude from the new GM is outrageous.. Like sheesh.. I miss Rich already.. And they need to stop calling people about a miss payment before 9am.. Like damn I just got paid, and yall calling me before the damn store open to tell me about a payment that haven’t been missed yet!!!!!! If my bill is due on a certain day, I have until THE END of that day to pay it! I literally got into a screaming match and woke up my newborn because one of their bright employees called me at 8am, 8AM EXACTLY, about a “missed payment” when the payment already went through an hour before they called me… So I called the store back when they opened and even Rich seen the payment and said he doesn’t understand why they called me.. So idk who that guy was but he needs to do proper audits before harassing customers.. We’re paying double or triple the price for these merchandise as it is, we don’t need the unnecessary hassle from disgruntled employees.. Money is not coming out of your freaking pockets bro..

Raphael is very disrespectful. You have to constantly check your bill because they will charge you extra. Almost every wk i have to call them to adjust, refund, or look over something. For the past mth I been paying for a mirror that I dont have i never order and Raphael response was well if I take it off its only $2 so I would have basically paid off a product i dont have or didn't order
