  We were looking to furnish our living room and decided to visit this store. We met Richard who was amazing and informative. He took us take our time and walk around and ask all our questions. There were a couple sofas that we wanted to see in the daylight and we decided to return the next day. We met Lucy that day who was equally amazing. We ended yo purchasing our sofas and coffee tables. Lucy and the person at the payment desk ( I wish I had asked for her name, she was amazing) were able to schedule a quick delivery. Looking forward to receiving our furniture now. I am hoping the delivery experience is equally smooth as the purchasing experience.

  We had another fantastic experience with this furniture store! The first time we shopped here was about 7 years ago, when we were helped by Tom, and he made such a great impression that we never forgot it. Now, after moving again, our family came back to update and purchase new furniture for multiple rooms—and we were so happy to see Tom still there. He was just as excellent as we remembered: knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find that kind of consistency in service over the years. Tom made everything easy and enjoyable, and we’re thrilled with our new furniture. Highly recommend this store, and definitely ask for Tom!

  The people who helped my husband and I get a couch were great. But unfortunately 6 months later our couch stopped working. We couldn't move the one leg rest. We had someone come out on Jan. 7th. Its now March 21 and our couch is still not fixed! We have called and talked to several people and they keep telling us they have the peice at the one shop and are waiting for it to get to Limerick. Well today I called Quakertown they said the peice just go there two days ago. Sooo not true!!! When we called two weeks ago they had the peice already. Unbelievable!!! We spent good money on this couch! I would really like to work!!! I asked for a Manager to call me back and still no call! We are very upset.
